Boys Progressive Program
Salto I/Beginning IIn these classes, we provide an introduction to basic skill progression on all of the events: vault, high bar, parallel bars, pommel horse, floor exercise, still rings, trampoline and tumble track. We work on developing strength and flexibility while encouraging each student to reach their potential. Salto II and Beginning IIThese classes continue the skill progressions while allowing each student to work at their own pace. We encourage students at these levels to attend twice per week.
