Girls Progressive Program
Salto I/Beginning IIn these classes, we provide an introduction to basic skill progression on all of the events: vault, bars, floor, beam and trampoline. We work on developing strength and flexibility while encouraging each student to reach their potential. Salto II/Salto III/Beginning II/Intermediate/AdvancedThese classes continue the skill progressions while allowing each student to work at their own pace. We encourage students at these levels to attend twice per week.
